Speedia is a peer-to-peer intercity delivery platform. Travelers who are already commuting between cities can carry parcels for senders. Senders post a delivery request, travelers browse and accept matches, and both parties confirm the handover with photo and OTP proof — all managed through the app.

Safety is our top priority. Every user must complete Aadhaar or Government ID verification before they can carry any parcel. Our admin team reviews and approves KYC submissions. Additionally, pickup and delivery require photo proof and OTP confirmation, creating a complete audit trail for every booking.

Speedia supports everyday non-hazardous items such as documents, gifts, clothing, electronics, and small household goods. All senders must confirm a prohibited items checklist before posting a request. Prohibited items include liquids, flammables, perishables, weapons, and anything illegal under Indian law.

Senders pay the platform at the time of booking. The funds are held securely and released to the traveler only after successful delivery is confirmed — via OTP and photo proof. This protects both parties throughout the transaction.

If a traveler cancels before pickup, Speedia automatically initiates re-matching with another available traveler on the same route. In cases of traveler no-shows, our admin team intervenes and penalties may be applied to the traveler's account. Senders are kept informed at every step.

Yes. A single Speedia account lets you switch between both roles freely. You can send a parcel one day and carry one on your next trip — all within the same app.
